Debbie Ettinger is the Head of Drama at the British School. She has formerly worked for the National Theatre in London, directing youth and professional theatre. 

Annie Brown is a UK teacher educator and Masters level philosophy trainer. She has lived in Kathmandu for 3 years, working as a teacher trainer with the Kathmandu International Study Centre, EQUIP Teacher Training Programme. She enjoys helping children and adults to think in more creative and critical ways and to ask questions about the big ideas in life. Her session aims to helping participants to develop the skills and the confidence to reason and think for themselves.

Deepshikha Ghimire is currently working as the science teacher in Rato Bangala School since 2016. She has completed her Masters in Physics in the year 2015. She has received various teacher's training related to Child - Centered learning, integrated teaching and child psychology, one of them being Level One training conducted by Rato Bangala Foundation. She has been involved in teaching field for last five years.

Deepa Thapa has worked at Rato Bangala since 2010. She has worked as both a librarian and computer teacher, and has received Level One training and PTTP Training from the Rato Bangala Foundation. Deepa is an energetic, creative person whose work is deeply influenced by the philosophy of child-centered learning. 

Margaret Singh is a teacher of Social Studies, Literature and Language Arts in Grade 6 in Rato Bangala School, where she has been teaching for the last nine years. She has conducted workshops at the past two BSMs and held earthquake awareness workshops for teachers in Dhading, in collaboration with Karkhana. 

Prakriti Bhattarai is a teacher who has taught many education workshops about English language acquisition and writing. 

Diwakar Chettri is an English language and social studies teacher at Rato Bangala School, as well as a cartoonist and illustrator. 

Rajshree Nirala is an English language and social studies teacher at Rato Bangala School.

Deepa Dixit is a member of the teaching faculty at Rato Bangala School.She did her Master's in Economic s from Tribhuwan University and has been in the education field for 25 years. She is also the advisor of PTTP training and trainer at the Rato Bangala Foundation. She also conducts various Writer's and Reader's Workshops.

Sheelu Karmacharya has been teaching Grade 1 for the past four years at Rato Bangala School. 

Beth Norford has worked with the Rato Bangala School for over 20 years. She is a former teacher at the Bank Street School for Children and now is director of Educational Alternatives Worldwide, an NGO that provides consultancy support to schools around the world.

Munni Pandey teaches Grade 7 Language Arts and Social Studies at Rato Bangala School, where she has worked for the past nine years. She also has taught Health and Population. She currently also works as a teacher trainer with Rato Bangala Foundation, where she facilitates teachers with Social Studies in child-centered learning. 

Kiran Rana, Rochana Ghimire, Rashmi Uprety and Sheelu Karmacharya are presently Grade one teachers at Rato Bangala School.

Sabita Manandhar, Jenny Manandhar, Kalpana Shrestha, and Nripa Malla are overseeing the Author Display at BSM 2017. 

Archana Rai has a master’s degree in English and more than 10 years of experience in teaching adolescents. An enthusiastic and committed teacher, she has a positive and effective teaching style. She is a driven individual interested in making a difference in the lives of children.

Gunjan Dixit has a degree of Performing Arts, Psychology and English from Christ University, Bangalore. She is a Theatre Artist and has directed and acted in numerous Theatre productions in Bangalore and Kathmandu. She is also a trained Playback Theatre actor. She has also worked with Rato Bangala Foundation as a Programme Officer.
